A long time ago, in 2011, I was asked to make a greeting card for a brand of organic products.
I came up with the idea of making the first greeting card that could be cooked.
No waste guaranteed!

I asked a craftsman if he could make paper out of celery and leek, which is possible because they are high in fiber. We also used edible ink. You simply add to read it, then shred it into small pieces and pour it in a pan with a little bit of water, butter and salt and pepper. The edible greeting card will make the perfect unexpected addition to your traditional Christmas meal.
